Information for Maine

We will celebrate our “Wedding 2.0” on Saturday, August 29, 2015 (364 days after the official civil ceremony in Italy!) at Rock Gardens Inn and Sebasco Harbor Resort in Phippsburg, Maine. A block of rooms has been set aside at Sebasco Harbor Resort. Details for this and the wedding events are below – please scroll down.

A note about gifts: we’ve received many contributions towards our honeymoon — we went to Barbados in February! — for which we are very, very grateful. Therefore, please do not feel obliged to bring us anything more for our Maine party. We really just want to celebrate and have fun with you!

To RSVP, please fill out this form.

Where to Stay & What to Do

Accommodation: A block of 26 rooms has been set aside at Sebasco Harbor Resort for the nights of Friday and Saturday, August 28 and 29. To make your reservation, please call the resort (877.389.1161) and mention the Knuckles & Camporesi Wedding to receive the discounted rate. There are 16 rooms at $129 per night and 10 at a slightly higher rate. Alternatively, there are hotels and B&B’s in Bath, and campsites available nearby (Meadowbrook, Hermit Island, Head Beach, and Ocean View Park).

Activities: Sebasco Harbor Resort and the Phippsburg Peninsula offer a lot of really great things to do. At Sebasco, we recommend the “Poolside Blueberry Pancake Breakfast” from 8-10am on Sunday, the swimming pool, the spa, tennis, lawn bowling, candlepin bowling, and kayaking (click here for information about all of the resort’s activities). Nearby, we recommend Popham Beach and the Maine Maritime Museum, and of course the town of Bath, which boasts some great shops and restaurants.
